Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks an Environmental Assessor to support our Environmental practice by completing site visits, environmental site assessments, and delivering recommendations to clients and the Project Manager within set deadlines and budgets.

You will perform project research, data compilation, and preparation of quality report documents, while maintaining clear communication with team members and clients throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biological/physical/environmental sciences from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of consulting or intern experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Conduct project research (historical, analytical, etc.).
  • Data compilation and organization.
  • Technical report authoring.
  • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and clients while understanding the assessment’s impact on the transaction process.

Partner Assessment Corporation is currently seekinga full-time Environmental Assessor

We are looking for talent to support our Environmental practice completing and finalizing project tasks according to deadlines and within budget as assigned by the project manager. You will have the opportunity to conduct site visits, complete Environmental Site Assessments and provide recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

  • Complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget
  • Project research (historical, analytical, etc.)
  • Communication with client and subject site representatives
  • Data compilation and organization
  • Preparation of quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete specific project tasks as directed by the Project Manager
  • Conduct project research as applicable to the scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.)
  • Data compilation and organization
  • Technical report authoring
  • Preparation of quality supporting report documents/filesEffectively communicate project progress and issues with the Project Manager
  • Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule
  • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process
  • Identify and resolve issues with projects
  • Deliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or by email), and recommendations to the Project Manager and Client.
  • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to work on projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in biological/physical/environmental sciences.
  • 3+ years of consulting or intern experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
  • Must be able to perform fieldwork and have a valid driver's license.
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
