We are currently seeking an enthusiastic environmental professional looking to advance their career as a Contaminated Sites Project Coordinator within our growing Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) team. The preferred candidate will have experience coordinating and/or managing contaminated site assessment, remediation, and risk assessment and management projects for federal clients and/or clients in northern environments.
Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or Hydrogeology.
Registered, or have the ability to register, with Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (NAPEG).
Minimum five (5) years of experience on federal site investigation and remediation projects or projects located in northern environments.
Demonstrated commitment to health and safety policies and procedures.
This position may involve a combination of field and office work. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods. Fieldwork may include travel (road or air) and exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Evening and weekend work may be required. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
