Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Project Coordinator in Calgary, Alberta, to enhance their Remediation Program Management team. Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Experience in liability assessment, environmental remediation, or consulting settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, and meetings across multiple projects.
  • Manage document control and QA/QC for various reports and proposals.
  • Prepare cost estimates and track progress on technical reports.
  • Control and track budget and commitments for each project.
