Job summary

A leading testing and inspection company in Ontario is looking for an entry-level laboratory technician to assist in sample preparation and Quality Control. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably a related post-secondary degree. This position requires the ability to work shifts on a rotating schedule and a willingness to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Good hand/eye coordination when handling samples & lab equipment.
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure samples are logged into LIMS accurately.
• Calibrate and set up laboratory equipment prior to analysis.
• Follow all Quality system protocols.

Education
