Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Environmental Data Analyst to join our Environmental Remediation team. The successful candidate will work independently and with the Information Services team to manage database systems, develop data management procedures, and support colleagues with data-related tasks on projects.

The role involves liaising with clients, handling diverse environmental datasets, and using EQuIS, MS Access, and MS SQL Server to maintain quality and produce reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data management in environmental projects.
  • Ability to produce data reports and collaborate with teams.

  • Produce data reports using in-house software and/or specialized queries
  • Assist in developing standards and procedures for data management process improvements
  • Actively communicate and coordinate with project managers, laboratories, and/or other team members to acquire data packages of varying formats to be imported to a centralized database system

Job description

We have an immediate opportunity for an Environmental Data Analyst to join our dynamic Environmental Remediation team. The successful candidate will work independently as well as within the Information Services team to manage database systems, develop data management procedures, assist colleagues in performing data-related tasks, and networking with internal/external clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
