FLINT is expanding its Assessment Remediation Reclamation and Closure services in Ontario. We are seeking an experienced environmental consultant and technical leader to drive growth build and mentor a high-performing team and deliver projects with excellence.

As an Environmental Consulting Lead you will start by developing client relationships and supporting expansion efforts. As opportunities become projects you will lead delivery by assembling resources managing scope budget and schedule ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining technical quality throughout the lifecycle.

This role is ideal for an experienced environmental consultant ready to advance their career by driving growth leading teams delivering complex projects and shaping FLINTs position as a leader in Environmental Services across Ontario.

What would you be doing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ontarios environmental market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop proposals pitch decks and support competitive bidding.
  • Represent FLINT at industry events conferences and regulatory forums.
  • Collaborate with estimating operations and legal teams to align commercial strategies and manage risk.
  • Lead and execute multi-phase environmental projects (assessment remediation reclamation closure).
  • Develop work plans manage contractor bidding and oversee project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure technical documentation meets Ontario regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with Ontario government and regulatory agencies.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Complete administrative tasks and other assignments as required.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Environmental / Civil Engineering Geoscience or related field; Qualified Person (QP) with a professional designation (e.g. . .).
  • Over 8 years in project management or leadership within environmental consulting including 5 years in Ontarios regulatory landscape.
  • Deep understanding of Ontarios contaminated sites regulations and a strong track record in delivering complex projects.
  • Proven ability to secure new business strong financial acumen and excellent client relationship management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software; willing to travel within Ontario (1525%).
