Job summary

Kruger is seeking an Environmental Specialist to support the Director of Environmental Stewardship by implementing corporate environmental programs and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations. The role includes coaching local resources at Kruger’s sites.

You will lead internal audits, advise on emissions, effluent treatment, and environmental media management, and drive best practices across sites. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of provincial and federal environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support site resources in implementing corporate environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide subject matter expertise on environmental regulatory requirements to coach site teams.
• Lead internal environmental compliance audit program and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate to share best practices across sites.
