A leading airport management organization in British Columbia seeks an Environmental Analyst for its Climate and Environment department. This full-time position involves developing environmental strategies, analyzing data related to emissions, and promoting conservation efforts. The Climate and Environment department is responsible for executing YVR’s Environmental Management plan, including reducing our carbon emissions, increasing waste diversion, conserving water and protecting the ecosystem on Sea Island. We also execute YVR’s Noise Management Plan, balancing the need for safe, convenient 24‑hour travel with enjoyable urban living.
We have a permanent, full‑time opportunity for an Environmental Analyst in the Environment Department. Reporting to the Manager, Climate & Environment, the successful candidate will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team who is passionate about creating environmental change and is looking for an opportunity to work on interesting and varied environmental projects.

The successful candidate will also support airport employees and work with community representatives in exploring environmental considerations during planning, design, construction and operation of airport facilities that advance YVR as a leader in sustainability.
This position is open to both Vancouver Airport Authority employees and external applicants.

Salary Range : $85,156 to $111,294 per annum, based on 37.5‑hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications and internal equity.
