This remote role requires self-motivation and a commitment to helping others navigate environmental systems.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in environmental sustainability and waste reduction.
• Excellent customer service skills with experience handling inquiries.
• Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. Environmental Studies, Geography).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using email, spreadsheets, web tools, and internal databases.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from the public via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Ensure databases are accurate and up to date.
• Stay informed on topics related to solid waste and circular economy practices.
• Conduct research into new topics, emerging issues, and unique inquiries as needed.
