We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions credit unions and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused service-oriented and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct presentations with clients virtually and in group settings
  • Develop rapport with new clients and follow up to strengthen connections
  • Explain permanent benefits with clarity and empathy
  • Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time
  • Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service sales or team collaboration preferred
  • Proficient in using Zoom completing forms with accuracy and ensuring timely documentation
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
