Ridgeline Roofing & Solar in Nanaimo, BC is hiring two Roofing Labourers to join our roofing crew. This full-time, entry-level role supports installing roofing materials, keeping job sites safe, and assisting with cleanup and staging.

Training is provided on site, and you will learn roofing techniques while working with a supportive team. Applicants must be comfortable at heights, able to lift heavy materials, possess a valid BC driver's license and a reliable vehicle, and commit to 40–50 hours

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and transporting roofing materials and tools to roofs and staging areas.
• Setting up ladders, scaffolding, perimeter markers, and fall arrest systems.
• Using hand tools to remove shingles and built-up roofing layers.
• Gathering and disposing of debris and waste to keep a clean site.
• Learning roofing techniques, tools, and safety standards.
• Wearing appropriate PPE and completing safety training during orientation.
