Job summary

Bluedrop Training & Simulation designs and integrates advanced training solutions for aerospace and defence clients. This entry-level QA role focuses on reviewing content, ensuring readability, and testing courseware across project lifecycles.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement in the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance is required.
• Aptitude for detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines is required.

Responsibilities

• Review learning content for alignment with style guides.
• Identify grammar, punctuation, and spelling issues and suggest improvements.
• Test courseware and product usability at different project stages.
• Create, maintain, and execute quality test cases.
• Maintain quality control tools and environments and meet deadlines.
• Recommend improvements to processes to the Quality Manager.
• Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project teams.
• Provide regular status updates and report risks/issues.
• Contribute inputs to maintain the Quality Management System.
