Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is hiring Personal Shoppers to fulfill customer e-commerce orders with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail, delivering a personalized shopping experience. You will provide great customer service, shop for customers, and process transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash and gift cards, while contacting customers to confirm substitutions when needed.

No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Hours may include days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products.
• Scan products and process customer transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
• Contact customers to ensure order accuracy or to inquire about substitutions.
