We are seeking an Entry‑Level Benefits & Client Support Specialist who will be responsible for explaining to clients the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients via phone and Zoom
  • Establish rapport and trust with clients
  • Present permanent benefits programs in an engaging and professional manner
  • Guide clients step-by-step to ensure they understand their entitlements
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation on time
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed company standards
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid Life & Health Insurance License / Certification (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
  • Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
