Now Hiring: Entry-Level Investment Processing Officers (Downtown Toronto | Hybrid)

Our client, one of Canada’s Big 5 Banks, is looking to add junior-level Back Office Investment Processing Officers to their corporate team in downtown Toronto.

This is a hybrid role — successful candidates must be comfortable working onsite 4 days a week.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Minimum 6 months of collaborative work experience (internships, volunteering, school projects, etc.)
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing high-volume financial transactions through a ticketing system
  • Processing assigned tickets within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Handling various transaction types including deposits, withdrawals, contributions
  • Updating and maintaining client personal information accurately
  • Performing data entry and reconciliation for investment and banking products
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or elevate issues
  • Supporting back-office operations related to RRSPs, TFSAs, GICs, and mutual funds

Location: Downtown Toronto

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Job Type & Location: Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON.

Pay: $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
