SOTI is looking for a technical specialist to manage Enterprise customer relationships and provide support for SOTI MobiControl and other products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in a technical role, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with large enterprises. Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions.
  • Strong interest in mobility and understanding of operating systems.
  • Ability to train diverse audiences on SOTI software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships for SOTI MobiControl.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical consultancy and manage support cases.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Enterprise customers.
