A leading payment solutions provider in Canada is seeking a dedicated professional for their Enterprise Risk Management team. This role includes supporting various second-line defence areas like operational and third party risk management, alongside fostering collaboration with Legal and Audit functions. Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will support Moneris' Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program which encompasses various 2nd Line of Defence areas, including Enterprise Risks assessment and reporting, Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Crisis Management. The ERM team supports the Legal & Risk business unit's objectives, and works very closely with Legal Counsel, Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, and Internal Audit functions. You will have experience working in an Enterprise Risk Management function, knowledge of key regulations related to operational risk, privacy, AML, and retail payments, as well as some knowledge of institutional processes typical to acquirers and the payments industry. As we continually improve our organizational ERM processes, this role will also work closely with Senior Specialists, the BCM Team, and Legal & Audit Teams in identifying, testing, and implementing process and system enhancements via our existing BCM and GRC tooling. You will also play a key part supporting our operational risk reporting obligations related to recent retail payments regulations (RPAA).
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Enterprise Risk Management.
