Job summary

Quandri is transforming insurance with an AI operating system for North America’s brokerages. We hire a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle, closing six-figure deals and expanding an enterprise footprint.

You’ll partner with our VP Sales and CEO to scale the function and accelerate ARR growth in 2026. We seek 5–7 years of AE experience, a proven quota-attainment record, and comfort selling to decision-makers across large brokerages.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Account Executive experience and a proven track record of closing six-figure deals.
• Experience selling into the North American insurance broker channel is highly valued.
• Background in enterprise sales within a venture-backed startup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing across North America.
• Collaborate with VP Sales and CEO to build the Enterprise sales function.
• Aim to increase annual recurring revenue substantially and be a hands-on contributor.
