Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience in architecture roles.
• Experience leading architecture teams and establishing architecture practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and solution architecture, setting direction and governance.
• Develop architecture principles, reference architectures, roadmaps, and standards.
• Oversee design reviews ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Guide decisions across applications, data, integration, infra, cloud, and security.
• Partner with business, delivery, and security teams to deliver cohesive designs.
• Identify modernization and technical debt reduction opportunities.
• Coach architects and communicate decisions to leadership and delivery teams.
