iA Financial Group is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team in Montreal with a focus on shaping modernization roadmaps and aligning business strategy with technology capabilities. You will collaborate with corporate functions, IT shared services, and business teams to translate ambitions into IT capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

You will promote reusable solutions, maintain architecture repositories, and guide architecture across projects while driving

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with TOGAF and Zachman frameworks.
• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, ITSM, Agile and LEAN approaches.

iA Financial Group is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join the Enterprise Architecture team. In your new role, you will play a strategic part in developing the organization’s evolution and modernization roadmaps, working closely with corporate functions, IT shared services and business teams.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Translate the organization’s strategic ambitions into current and future IT capabilities;
• Promote the reuse of technology solutions and capabilities;
• Develop and maintain solution evolution roadmaps;
• Support Solution Architecture Advisors to ensure alignment of recommendations;
• Identify opportunities to improve enterprise architecture standards and practices and contribute to their evolution;
• Maintain architecture repositories and support their evolution;
• Contribute to cost-benefit analyses of solutions;
• Oversee the assessment of technical capabilities and advocate for architectural recommendations;
• Guide teams in applying the architecture process.

• Is recognized for their natural influence and strategic vision;

• Has significant experience in enterprise architecture, with more than 15 years of experience;
• Has a strong command of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman;
• Has experience with SDLC, DevOps, ITSM, Agile and LEAN approaches and practices;
• Demonstrates a strong ability to influence and effectively advocate for the organization’s architectural strategies and directions with a diverse audience;
• Has a strong focus on cloud computing and virtualization;
• Has excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written;
• Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking partners and business units.
