Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support their Agile transformation journey in Montreal. The ideal candidate will facilitate change across teams, build a transformation vision, and support the adoption of Agile practices. Bilingual communication in English and French is required, along with deep experience in Agile methodologies and change management. This is a full-time hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined experience supporting large-scale projects, including 4+ years as Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, techniques, and change management practices.
• Agile Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess team readiness across the department and propose an Agile transformation plan.
• Build a transformation vision and roadmap with leadership.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams, and management on Agile practices.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and a safe environment.
