Qualifications

• 1-2 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree considered an asset.
• Industry knowledge and/or experience considered an asset.
• Strongly motivated by the need to meet goals.
• Extremely well organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and to self-direct daily activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a team player and a relationship builder.
• Driven by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with deadlines and targets.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact students through various communication channels for academic program admittance.
• Meet or exceed monthly new student enrollment targets.
• Advise students on program details and the admissions process.
• Determine appropriateness of candidates for admission.
• Liaise within admissions departments regarding student enrollment.
• Collect application documents for review.
• Identify barriers to admission and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver online presentations on programs.
• Maintain a prospective student database.
• Conduct research on partner organizations and competition.
