Qualifications

• Pastoral maturity and alignment with church doctrine and values.
• Bachelor's degree required; formal theological education preferred (B.Th./M.Div.).
• Pastoral experience in English-speaking ministry; multicultural context a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cast vision and lead strategic planning for the English-speaking ministry.
• Deliver Bible-based sermons as primary speaker for the Sunday English service.
• Provide oversight to worship leaders and musicians; coordinate guest speakers.
• Oversee all aspects of the Sunday English service and report to leadership.
• Develop strategies to reach and integrate young adults, leaders, and families.
• Collaborate with Arabic-speaking leadership for unity across congregations.
