English 1 is seeking experienced ESL teachers to join our global team and experience life in China. You will teach young learners ages 3–16 using our award-winning curriculum and digital tools, while benefiting from sponsored visas and hotel stays and comprehensive training.

We value curious, culturally engaged educators who want to level up their careers, travel, and make a real difference. A bachelor’s degree and ESL certification are preferred; sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Teach English to young learners ages 3–16 in interactive, high-energy classrooms.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.
