Overview of Church and Community

Malvern Baptist Church was founded through church planting and has been independent since 1993.Over the years, we have distilled our core values to three things:

• Love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength - the Greatest Commandment
• Love one another - the New Command
• Love the lost: Go and make disciples of all nations - the Great Commission

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Agree with the beliefs and structures of Malvern Baptist Church
• Pastoral experience in North America of a similar church size and culture
• Strong Biblical knowledge, godly character and good discernment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Recognized degree (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited bible school or seminary

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate a vision for the English Ministry consistent with MBC ’ s mission
• Build up the spiritual life of believers through teaching, visitations, and personal counselling
• Disciple, equip and mobilize believers to pray, evangelize and witness for Christ
• Collaborate with the pastoral staff and church leadership for ministry alignment and church unity
