Job summary

A legal support service provider is looking for an English Document Reviewer to assist with various document reviews. This remote position requires familiarity with document review workflows, electronic review technologies, and active bar admission in Canada. Ideal candidates will have experience in privileged review and legal research, working part of a team. Flexibility in hours and location will be provided on a project basis.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with document review workflows including privilege and responsiveness review.
• Experience with electronic document review technology like Relativity and Everlaw.
• Active bar admission in Canada and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document review and privilege review.
• Conduct legal research and provide expert testimony.
• Support foreign language translation as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

• Familiarity with document review workflows
• Examples: Privilege/Responsiveness Review, Redactions, Conceptual Searching, First and Second Review, etc.
• Experience with electronic document review technology
• Examples: Relativity, Everlaw, ViewPoint, etc.
• Active bar admission in Canada and status in good standing

Preferred but not required

• Experience as a member of a document review team
• Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher version
• 2+ years of legal support experience

Hours & Location

• Location (including opportunity for remote work) is established on a project-by-project basis
• Hours (including the opportunity to work outside standard business hours) are established on a project-by-project basis
