Position Summary: This course is a continuation of ENGL 100 that develops student proficiency in critical reading and writing through the study of a wide range of non‑literary and literary texts, and of composition, with emphasis on connections between modes of reading and writing.
Responsibilities: Teach the course in a face‑to‑face format, develop and deliver course materials, assess student work, and contribute to course development and student support.
Requirements: For courses in the Literature Stream, applicants must hold an M.A. or higher degree in English, or an M.F.A. or higher degree in Creative Writing.
Pay Grade & Salary: As per URFA Collective Agreement (salary range not specified).
Work Hours: In person, MWF 07:30 – 08:20.
Course Modality: In‑person.
Course Dates: January 6 – April 29 2026 (Full‑/Part‑Time).
