Overview

You are a dynamic Engineering Support Services Coordinator with a background in Engineering. In this role, under the guidance of senior leadership, you will provide technical and / or management support for construction projects, including safety and quality control, and assists operations staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs under supervision.
• Generate and review Bill of Materials.
• Assist with development of the Build Cost Estimate.
• Process in-field escalations from Build Team with a Change Request. Participates in estimating activities such as preparing budgets, cost studies, and competitive bids.
• Compile and process As-Builts post build to assist with development of the Build Cost Actual with a Change Request.
• Performs general administrative functions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience.
• Strong computer background including experience with MS Office and any related estimating software.
• Familiarity with construction documents and the ability to assist with construction document review.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
