Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication, English, Engineering, Education, or Technology Studies required.
  • Experience as a Lead Communication Instructor or similar is essential.
  • A TESL, CESLA or similar certificate is required.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled lectures.
  • Deliver lectures using active learning components.
  • Conduct weekly course planning meetings.
  • Perform supervisory functions in relation to tutorials.
  • Grade lecture activities and client presentations.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in teaching communication
Ability to work as part of a team

Education

Master’s degree in appropriate discipline
PhD in appropriate discipline
