What You Will Do

• Performs research and engineering laboratory functions involving the building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems and systems.
• Supports and participates in troubleshooting activities.
• Able to utilize schematics, procedures, engineering drawings and follow written/verbal instructions including test procedures.
• May assist with operation and configuration of test and demonstration setups.
• May assist with product and bulk level kitting as well as inventory counting activities.
• May assist with logistics support functions as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Canadian citizenship is required; successful candidate must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada secret level security clearance.
• Typically requires HS Diploma or AA / AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must be comfortable with use of spectrum analyzers, voltmeters and oscilloscopes; and proficient users of Microsoft Word and Excel.
