Nord Quantique is building its Project Management Office (PMO) to support and scale the execution of its scientific roadmap in a context of growing R&D complexity.
As a Project Manager within this function, you will work under the guidance of the Head of PMO and play a key role in coordinating and supporting the execution of R&D projects across the organization.
You will act as a strategic operational partner to technical and team leads, helping bring clarity, alignment, and structure to fast-moving and evolving research programs. Through hands-on involvement in day-to-day coordination, you will ensure that priorities, dependencies, and milestones remain visible, aligned, and actionable, while facilitating communication across interdisciplinary teams.
In an initial phase, you will work closely with multiple R&D teams to coordinate priorities, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and support execution. This phase is critical for developing a deep understanding of team workflows, building strong working relationships, and ensuring consistency in project coordination practices.
As the PMO matures, your role will progressively evolve toward increased ownership of project coordination activities and active contribution to the implementation and continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and processes tailored to an exploratory R&D environment where priorities evolve and uncertainty is inherent.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of science, engineering, and operations, who thrives in dynamic and complex environments, and who is motivated by enabling technical teams to do their best work by bringing structure without rigidity.
Working in close collaboration with technical and management staff at Nord Quantique, the chosen candidate will:
