Robinhood in Toronto, ON is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers focused on launching crypto and other financial products internationally. You will define technical strategy, review architectures, ensure reliability and security at scale, and mentor engineers across product, design, and compliance partners as we expand to new regions.

This role requires 5+ years of software engineering and 2+ years of people leadership, with distributed systems experience.

You will be responsible for driving the architecture and execution required to launch crypto and other financial products in new regions, while shaping the reusable systems that make future launches faster, safer, and more scalable. You will guide technical execution, review system architectures, and ensure our services remain highly performant and secure at scale. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and support the career progression of engineers on your team. You will work closely with product managers, compliance partners, and other team leads to define technical strategy and deliver features on schedule.
