Job summary

St-Amour, a well-established manufacturing company on the South Shore of Montreal, is seeking a Director – Engineering and Maintenance to lead engineering, maintenance and technical support teams while driving reliability, performance and continuous improvement across manufacturing assets.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop strategies for capital projects, preventive and predictive maintenance, and safety/environmental compliance, aiming to optimize asset uptime and operating

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering and maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and long-term sustainability of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
