Job summary

SaskTel in Estevan, SK seeks a Senior Lead Solution Architect to provide technical leadership and consulting for planning, design, and evolution of complex environments. You will guide capacity planning and performance improvements across both SaskTel and customer environments.

The role requires leading the introduction of new IT capabilities within the Professional Services portfolio and delivering cost-effective infrastructure solutions on-site in Estevan and surrounding areas.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY Accountable for providing technical leadership and consulting services for all aspects of the planning, design, architecture, evolution, performance, operational tools, and capacity of technical environments within SaskTel s Business Solutions technical environment as well as Customer environments. Specifically, accountable to develop and implement practical and cost-effective plans for the information technology infrastructure environment(s) to support the services and solutions of Business Solutions. Provides consultative expertise to senior management, SaskTel departments and the customer. Leads the introduction of new information technology capabilities and infrastructures required to support existing and future services and will provide consultative expertise to customers as well as senior management. This position will act as the Senior Lead Solution Architect for the Professional Services portfolio. Position may be located in Regina, Saskatoon, Yorkton, Prince Albert, North Battleford, Weyburn, Estevan, Swift Current, Moose Jaw
