The Asset Integrity Engineer (EIT) will report to the Senior Engineer, Asset Integrity. This role requires the ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude while working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An individual is needed who supports a strong safety culture and can effectively communicate and engage operations and maintenance leaders to motivate change. A successful candidate will be someone who has excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key partners across multiple functions, departments, and with management. You will play a key role in the creation and delivery of technical scopes to support business justifications, mechanical and structural plans, and inspection strategies. These responsibilities support core Asset Management functions for our fixed plants.

Salary Range: CAD $105,000 - $130,000 per year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
