What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, implement, and deploy AWS cloud solutions
- Provide incident management, change management, application support, and monitoring
- Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and performance across all software
- Collaborate with technical architects, functional analysts, and product managers to develop technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and write clear, well-commented code following best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Programming or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the design and development of multi-tiered business applications
- Strong object-oriented design and programming skills
- Proficiency in AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, and EC2
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
- Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code tools
- Background in working with NoSQL and relational databases
