Job summary

Your role will span across existing and new Fabs, improving processes and thereby wafer yields, increasing manufacturing productivity that are key to achieving Fab excellence. Coaching Associate Engineers (AEs) will also be part of your job responsibilities.

What You Will Do
  • Maintain and support equipment readiness in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness.
  • Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment ensuring minimize downtime.
  • Analyze and monitor technical charts.
  • Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
  • Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment and other properties.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
  • Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
  • Perform Normal / Swing Shift.
