Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager Patient and Family Experience the full-time permanent Engagement Lead will lead patient and family engagement work within the Patient and Family Experience team and Quality Experience and Safety portfolio. This includes supporting the work of the PFE teams with patient and family partners including the Patient and Family Partners Program and advisory committees. This role will also lead staff capacity building related to patient and family engagement developingand delivery of education and training for teams and the collection and analysis of experience data including through CAMHs new experience surveys deployed using Qualtrics. This position will work collaboratively with the Quality Excellence Council and Quality Working Groups to review experience data for the purposes of identifying quality improvement opportunities. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing correspondence preparing formal reports and presentations and other duties as assigned. You will support a workplace that embraces diversity encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements. This position is located at the Queen Street Site.
The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (such as healthcare administration or business administration) or equivalent combination of education training and experience. You will also have :
