• 2+ years of Operations/Supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Working knowledge of petroleum industry practices considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring work activities.
• Plan and organize fleet maintenance.
• Pro‑actively identify and communicate issues for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Review and audit driver timesheets.
