Job summary

Infocodec Solutions is seeking experienced Endur Consultants to join its ETRM/CTRM practice. You will advise on commodity and energy trading, support Endur implementation, upgrades, and ongoing operations across global client engagements.

You will collaborate with clients, document requirements, and help design configurations, tests, and transitions to operations. The role emphasizes strong problem solving, stakeholder communication, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur, working as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Specialist, QA Specialist, or IT Support Specialist.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in commodity trading or energy trading environments.
  • Strong understanding of various Endur modules and functional areas.
  • Experience performing testing and quality assurance to validate Endur solution functionality and performance.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to work in structured project environments with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes that can be addressed using the Endur platform.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and change management.
  • Participate in the functional implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, functional testing, and transition to operations.
  • Provide support for existing Endur solutions, including bug fixes, enhancements, and operational support.
  • Document business requirements, functional designs, test plans, and implementation deliverables.
  • Follow best practices and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop customizations and integrations based on client requirements.
  • Provide industry and functional advisory services to clients where required.
  • Apply effective resource management and project delivery techniques depending on project complexity and team capabilities.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business change management and stakeholder expectations.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions on Endur functionality and ETRM/CTRM concepts.

About the Role

Infocodec Solutions is currently expanding its ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and is seeking experienced Endur Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading & Risk Management System implementations.

You will be part of a team responsible for implementation, upgrade, and support of Openlink Endur, bringing subject matter expertise in deal modelling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy markets.

You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, applying consulting best practices while helping clients optimize their commodity trading and risk management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes that can be addressed using the Endur platform.

Endur Modules

Good working knowledge of key Openlink Endur modules supporting commodity and energy trading operations, preferably V19 or higher.

Endur Risk Management

Understanding of Endur risk and valuation functionality, including:

  • MTM (Mark-to-Market)
  • PnL reporting
  • Value-at-Risk (VaR)
  • End-of-Day automation using TPM and Services Manager
Endur Customization

Strong knowledge of Endur customization and extension techniques, including:

  • Desktop configurations
  • APM pages
  • Reporting enhancements
  • Pre-processing and post-processing logic
Endur Architecture

Understanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices to maximize performance and scalability.

Functional Knowledge

Strong knowledge of commodity trading operations, including:

  • Gas
  • Power
  • Renewables
  • LNG
  • Crude and Refined Products

Required Experience

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Commodity Trading, Risk Management, or Logistics.
  • Experience working across Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office functions.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Market risk
  • Credit risk
  • Operational risk

Additional experience with Endur gMotion or cMotion modules would be advantageous.
