Job summary
A leading IT service provider in Toronto is seeking a professional for a 6-month contract to provide on-site support to various clients, including hardware and software upgrades, and training end-users. Candidates should have a post graduate degree in a relevant technology field and 3-5 years of experience in a hardware break/fix environment. Must possess a valid Class G driver's license and be prepared for after-hours work.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a hardware break/fix environment.
- Experience providing deskside services.
- Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated on-site support for client users.
- Setup and deploy new corporate assets.
- Train end-users on ticket creation in Service Now.
- Provide emergency on-site support including after hours.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Hardware break/fix experience
Deskside services experience
A+ Certification
Education
