automotiveMastermind is seeking a dynamic Enablement Content Developer to create and manage comprehensive sales and product training material for our Commercial understanding team members. This role involves assessing existing training materials and developing innovative resources that align with organizational goals and effectively educate our commercial teams and dealer partners.
As the Enablement Content Developer, you will design, build, and maintain high-impact enablement content across Seismic, Thought Industries, and other platforms that support our commercial organization. You’ll transform complex product and sales information into clear, engaging, and actionable resources that drive adoption, improve knowledge retention, and empower our Commercial teams to perform at their best.
This role requires a balance of creativity and structure: you’ll not only produce high-quality materials such as playbooks, battlecards, training modules, and learning guides, but also implement processes and templates to scale content creation across the organization.
The ideal candidate excels at the intersection of storytelling, instructional design, and sales enablement—capable of transforming product updates and market insights into content that resonates and delivers measurable business impact.
