Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor of Social Work or an equivalent degree.
- Experience working in the Community Living field with children, youth, or adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
- An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Represent CLBC as the primary contact for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
- Support and facilitate access to generic services and CLBC-funded services.
- Assist in identifying activities and resources for individuals and families.
- Collaborate with service providers to assist in crisis situations.
- Coordinate services and implement individual support plans.
