A government organization in Canada is seeking Employer Service Centre Agents to provide exceptional customer service in the Assessments department. Do you have experience providing exceptional customer service? We have opportunities for client-focused individuals to join our Assessments department as Employer Service Centre Agents (ESCA).
The Assessments department at WorkSafeBC is responsible for helping employers register for our no-fault insurance systems and maintain their accounts. Working in our call centre, you'll support our customer service initiatives by acting as the first point of contact for employers who require assistance with their insurance coverage – answering their questions regarding coverage, registration, and payment.
How you'll make a difference: You'll help ensure B.C.’s workers' compensation system is properly funded so we can serve workers and employers now and in the future.
Where you'll work – At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
