We’re looking for an employee relations professional to join our team as a Manager Employee Relations and HR Governance. You will play a critical role ensuring a consistent legally sound and compassionate approach to managing workplace issues and HR compliance across Elements global operations. With a strong emphasis on Canada and the United States this role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of Employee Relation strategies, HR Policies and Governance frameworks that align with organizational values and legal requirements. This role partners with HR Business Partners, Legal, Audit and business leaders to proactively identify risks, promote best practices and lead investigations and resolutions in employee matters. The incumbent will also champion governance initiatives to ensure policies, standards and practices are consistent, transparent and up to date across jurisdictions.
Toronto
The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
