- Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex, high-risk cases.
- Monitor trends in employee relations and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and compliance frameworks.
- Drive the annual review process for HR policies.
- Partner with legal and audit teams for policy effectiveness.
- Guide HR Business Partners on managing employee relations issues.
- Design and deliver ER capability training.
