Qualifications

  • Familiarity with risk management and complex legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on employee relations cases including workplace investigations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex, high-risk cases.
  • Monitor trends in employee relations and provide data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive the annual review process for HR policies.
  • Partner with legal and audit teams for policy effectiveness.
  • Guide HR Business Partners on managing employee relations issues.
  • Design and deliver ER capability training.
