A community support organization in Toronto is looking for individuals for their Employee in Training Program as Behaviour Support Associates. This unique opportunity involves collaboration with the Specialized Resource Homes team to develop and implement life skills programs. Candidates must be in their final year of related studies, and the role includes case management, documentation, and support to individuals. Full and part-time hours available with various shifts.
Employee in Training Program – Behaviour Support Associate - Specialized Resource Homes. We welcome students in their last year of academic studies from Behavioural Science/Autism and Behavioural Science, and related programs to explore this unique learning and career development opportunity. As part of this 12 month in training program you will have the opportunity to work with the Specialized Resource Homes team, participate in a comprehensive mentorship program, learn and enhance critical skills in Applied Behavioural Analysis, and transition into regular employment with CLTO upon successful completion of the program and your studies.
Community Living Toronto has supported people with intellectual disabilities and their families since 1948, offering respite, person-directed planning, employment supports, residential programs, and community-based activities across 80+ locations in Toronto. We currently support over 4,000 individuals and their families.
Full & Part-Time, 24/7 operation. Shifts include weekdays, afternoons, overnights, and weekends.
