A leading insurance and risk management firm is seeking an Employee Benefits & Retirement Analyst for their Calgary location. This role includes analyzing group benefits renewals and executing client reporting to enhance retention. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of financial underwriting, and be committed to teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

As an Employee Benefits & Retirement Analyst, you are responsible for the analysis and execution of client group benefits renewals, claims experience reporting, carrier marketing deliverables and other ad hoc client reporting and deliverables upon request. You will work to create accurate and concise client reporting and deliverables to enhance client retention and procuration.
