Maritime Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Centre in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. This ER DVM role features a full-time position with a 3-day work week, offering diverse cases and collaboration with specialists.

You will deliver emergency care, support diagnostics and treatment, and work closely with veterinarians, specialists, technicians, and support staff. A strong team culture and commitment to patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Full veterinary license to practice medicine in Canada.
• 2+ years of emergency clinical experience and comfort with emergency surgery.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to a diverse caseload of patients
• Support clients and patients through diagnostics, treatment planning, and emergency procedures, including surgery
