Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management role is essential.
• Strong detail orientation and responsibility toward client property.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration and insurance-related projects from start to finish.
• Create and edit detailed Xactimate estimates and floor plans.
• Coordinate schedules for personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
